This notice explains what ProspectFitLab collects when you use this website, why we use it and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
If you submit a form, we may collect your email address, organisation website, funding need and any preferences or exclusions you provide. We use this information to respond to your request and deliver the service you asked for.
Website analytics
We use our own analytics tooling to understand how the site is used. This may record page URLs, referrers, UTM parameters, device and browser information, session or device identifiers, IP address, reverse-DNS information and coarse geographic information. Local storage may be used to maintain visitor and session identifiers.
Service providers
We use third-party services to operate the site and its workflows, including Netlify for hosting and form handling, Supabase for analytics storage and Calendly for call booking. Their own privacy terms apply when you use those services.
How we use the information
- to respond to enquiries and fulfil requested research;
- to operate, secure and improve the website;
- to understand traffic and campaign performance;
- to send occasional fundraising notes only where you have opted in.
Your choices
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to certain uses by emailing team@youraiconsultant.london.
