We may infer likely fit, range or timing from evidence, but we label it clearly as inference.

U · Unresolved

If something matters but cannot be confirmed, we say so rather than filling the gap.

GO: there is enough evidence, timing and route to justify action now.
WATCH: the fit may be real, but the trigger or timing is not strong enough yet.
NO: the visible fit is outweighed by contrary evidence, weak access, wrong timing or another material problem.
